My 2011 Planner
I am a write a list, take a note, send a letter type of person. I love the art of correspondence, printed and texture journal paper, and keeping a paper planner. Yes, my blackberry is always on hand, but I find that keeping schedules and writing down random events that happen throughout my day helps with my memory and provides me with something to look back on :) For 2009 and 2010 I've used a moleskine daily planner. It's sturdy and great, but it is black. I'm not really a fan of black. I like colors and pictures and cuteness, so I made sure that my 2011 planner would be all of that. Enter the Jonathan Adler Happy Chic Agenda:
Bright colors, fun images, patterns. Love!!
It has a month at a glance.
Birthday and occasions pages.
JA Icons and various information at the beginning of each month.
The best part is that this agenda has daily pages! These are my favorite pages because I like to write various plans and activities, daily outfits, birthdays, and Lakers games in their respective spaces :) And yes, I know this is a blog post about a planner, but I'm obsessed with it ;)

I'm not a fan of black either, and I have the Jonathan Adler wall calendar and LOVE it too!! The elephant illustration is January and it just brightens up our whole kitchen. What a beautiful way to stay organized.
Love this! JA's planner looks like so much fun. Do you keep your past planners? I may have some from middle school..
The houndstooth calendar you gifted me last year served me so well. This year I have an orange Moleskin :) It always takes a few days getting used to a new layout

@nicole: yes, i keep past years planners :) and mine also go back to middle school! i want to see your moleskine! if i knew they came out with colors, i'd consider going back to them in 2012 :)

I can't even imagine how fun it would be to go through this planner. I am crazy about it! I think I may have to put this on my must have list!
I absolutely ADORE pretty much anything JA puts his name on. I've been eyeing these planners for awhile... Love them!
That is a fantastic planner. My current system involves a lot of post-it notes and sometimes writing on my hand. I'm always really impressed when someone shows up to a meeting with an actual planner with actual notes in it.
The planner are sooo CUTE!
