Current Production: Rings and Rings and Rings

With Unique LA about 2 weeks away, I have carved out some time to spend on the bench and make some rings and things. Rings are one of my most favorite pieces to make. It's a routine of bending and heating and hammering and it starts all over again. And I love that gold filled and sterling silver wire can be formed into beautiful circles.

One afternoon and these were all made! Stacking rings in sterling silver, gold filled, rose gold filled, and gold filled twist textured. There are also various rings and studs and pendants included in the photo. All of which I'm so happy with. I am hoping to build up a nice inventory to carry me through the Spring and Summer shows.

DIY: Heart Bunting

I heart bunting. It's so festive and adds a lot of cheer to any event. I have a few upcoming birthdays and celebrations this summer that are in need of bunting details. But not just any bunting, heart bunting!!

 

This DIY is pretty simple. Punch out hearts in any color you would like, choose colorful string, add glue to one side of a heart and a fix to string, add glue to another heart to sandwich string between two hearts, repeat! I did hearts that were close together and hearts that were about an inch apart. Both are fun options.

Put a Heart on It: Bright Gift Tags

I think I always have to add a heart to things I create. It's some sort of necessity. The Bright Gift Tags were great on their own, but I had these glittered hearts that had to be place atop the gift tags. I had to put a heart on it ;)


Neon green twine was also a must.
