For the love of weddings
Weddingbee Ms. Piglet
Below are the pieces of my invitations that need to be held together.

I printed our monograms on Papersource 1.25" round labels and adhered them to 1.75" circles I punched from various purple and yellow papers.
A close up of the circles. These would camouflage where the ends of the belly band meet. They also allow us another us for our monograms :)
We used lavender and yellow ribbons to wrap around the invitations.
Mini glue dots secured both ends of ribbon to one another.
There was a little overlap of the edges.
More mini glue dots to secure the circle monogram.
Monogram to finish off the belly band. I placed a book over this to ensure everything was secured tightly.
Back of our invitations :)
And the final product.I like the utility of a belly band and am happy with the way mine turned out.
How did you keep your wedding invitation together?

oh I love them! they look great! originally we were thinking something along those lines but ended up going with pocket folds...
great job!!! i really like how they turned out! :)
those are so cute!
mine were see-through, 2 sheets... when they were stacked together you could read all the way to the back one... it sounds kinda' "ify" but they were super cute! I wish i would have thought of something like this to hold them together... Maybe I'll do something for just me in a shadow-box or something!
Pretty! Love the belly bands!
They came out great! I'm debating on whether to make our own invites.
Stunning! I love the circle labels. So cute. Pretty colours as well.
I love the two tones! Great monograms too!
I did something similar to your cute little circles, but skipped the belly band altogether. My pocketfold was so fat, i was afraid of the postage creeping up, and I wanted the outside to look a little simpler.
Super cute!!
your invitations are beautiful!
Your invitations look great! I love the font you used!
