I love perfume. It is the fanciful, luxurious item essential to one's wardrobe. The hidden accessory lingering throughout the day, that ties your look together, it says lots about your style without showing anything at all. Perfume is a perfect complement to the ensemble that is a wedding wardrobe.
Through the years I have fallen for the pretty scents of the following perfumes: Clinique Happy, Victoria's Secret Pink, Kenneth Cole Black, Chanel Gardenia, and Daisy Marc Jacobs. All have the ability to trigger memories of the past and uplift my spirit. With flowery tones and fresh feelings, each perfume stands beautifully on it's own, but one is my favorite.
Daisy is such a lovely scent and described as radiant, floral and fresh. Black carries light and dark floral notes of white hyacinth, black violet, fresh citrus. Pink and Happy remind me of college, with light floral and fruity tones.
Gardenia is my favorite scent. It was re-released a few years back, made available at department stores, but is now a Chanel boutique exclusive. A scent reminiscent of the gardenia flower, it contains top notes of absolutes of jasmine, gardenia, orange blossom, and tuberose, heart notes of clove, sage, pimiento, and base notes of musk, patchouli, sandalwood, and vetiver.
I am obsessed with the gardenia flower, the look and smell, and plan to have one as a hair flower for the wedding. We want to incorporate it into bouquets, bouts, and reception decor. Also Gardenia by Chanel is the perfume I keep returning to. I love that it's flowery and classic and can be worn during any season. As the perfect scent to top off my wedding style, it will be my wedding perfume :)
Do you have a signature scent or go through phases? Which scent will you be wearing to the wedding?

I've been wearing Amazing Grace by philosophy for close to 3 years now. It's like a security blanket now.
In college, I wore Happy too! I also used some lotion called Love Spell from VS, we must have been on the same perfume wavelength. =)
