Get Your Lardon is a gourmet food truck with a menu dedicated to the sizzling strip of meat that is bacon. If there was a food truck that was my guilty pleasure, this is it. The menu is bacon centric, showcasing it in meals, as sides, and as desserts. 
And there is a strip of bacon on the side of the truck, fo' sizzle ;)
The Baco! Strips of bacon weaved together to form a "taco" shell and stuffed with potatoes and cheese. Hubs ordered this and it was such a savory dream.
The Brownie. A large, dense brownie topped with a generous amount of nutella and sprinkled with bits of brownies. Amazingly sweet and the right amount of bacon.I love getting my lardon ;)

That brownie sounds simply amazing. Bacon is one of my all-time favorite foods!
I'll have to see if I finagle the recipe for candied bacon from a friend. So yummy!
OMG! That is some serious bacon! They have a burger with bits of lardon at Umami. L got it last time we were there, and loved it! :)
