Once we had decided on cupcakes in place of a traditional wedding cake, the next step was how to decorate them. I would love cute fondant flowers, sugar pearls, caps, or our monograms to top the cupcakes, budget concerns have reigned in those fancy plans. The search for budget friendly alternatives brought the idea of cupcake flags.
