Nestled in the vibrant downtown area, just a block from State Street, El Andaluz is a collection of luxury condos and retail space. We've actually driven by it plenty of times, but finally took the time to explore some of the grounds and enjoy the details and architecture.
While we are still very much priced out of this place, I am still excited for the day we get to own our own property.
Are there place in your city that you'd love to call home?

I noticed those stunning ceilings right away! If you get an amazing place there, can I visit? ;)
I'd love a converted shophouse with a pool. The grand places here are not central and I'd love to be centrally located, but still have a great space and a pool!

I love Santa Barbara! We just went there last month for our babymoon and experienced Fiesta for the first time.
I love the different elements in ceilings, walls, and architecture. So beautiful!
Oh my I've never been to Santa Barbara but I'm hoping I get the chance to some time next year. This place is gorgeous. The place has so much character! I would love to live in a home that has a lot of character.
Seriously how gorgeous!!! I love/miss SB. Time to come back for another visit. Hope you get to own a place like that soon :) xoxo

@Chic 'n Cheap Living: i would love a pool!
@Crystal: you went at probably the best time for the city. i love fiesta.
Oh my goodness, those tiled ceilings are stunning!
Oh my gosh! This place is magical! I would so buy a condo here. I really loved Santa Barbara when I got to visit. It's the quintessential California coast city, as least in my book. As for where I day dream about calling home, there are so many cities I love and would adore living in. I don't think I could choose just one. Maybe a sweet Brooklyn apartment part of the year and a San Francisco home the rest?
