Nomacita and White Rabbit Cafe

A rainy Saturday could not keep us from grabbing lunch at nom nom truck's Nomacita in Thousand Oaks. We recently stopped by the nom nom truck in January, and can't get enough of the amazing bahn mi sandwiches, so we knew it was time to enjoy more.

The rain can't keep nomsters away.

So much cuteness on this truck! I love the bow in nomacita's hair.

And the definition of nom.

We also tried the pork and chicken tacos with amazing vegetables! The are definitely nom worthy.

We ran around LA, bought some new shoes and various accessories, and were craving more food truck goodness. I also had a boba craving and read the Boba Truck was at the White Rabbit Fusion Cafe, so we headed to Canoga Park.

Thumbs up greets you for your great dinner choice.

The menu is Filipino and Mexican fusion. I am all about the adobo burrito (chicken adobo, garlic rice, fried egg wrapped in tortilla) and hubs loves the carne fries.

The white rabbit truck as art. I love that they have the cafe because sometimes tracking down a food truck is just too much.

Cozy eating area filled with lots of patrons.

Hubs' dinner was pork tocino fries.

And milo macarons!! I remember drinking the chocolatey goodness that is Milo as a kid. Eating the macaron was a little nod to my childhood :)

Mmm. Now I can't wait until my next trip to LA for some more food truck visits. I'm also vending at a food truck festival in March! More info soon.

oh my gosh! ever since they were on that tv show (forgot the name) i have been wanting to try food from the nom nom truck. food trucks don't exist here in the south so when we go back home to CA for the summer we will be heading down to So Cal and i hope to run into the nom nom truck!

Sigh - I don't know how I wrote the wrong comment on the wrong blog, but you can tell as obviously my previous comment had nothing to do w/ your post ;)

The comment I meant for this post was supposed to be "Yummilicious post, me likey!" :)

also, loooove the definition of "nom" i'm not sure how it happened but my husband and I find it hilarious when we say "OM NOM NOM" - always gives us the giggles.

I want to try Nom Nom - I was a huge fan of them on the Great Food Truck Race (?) Hopefully we'll be moving there in a few months and can visit them soon!

You are making me SO jealous! Adobe burrito with garlic rice - yes please! Have I told you garlic rice may be my fave Filipino food because it's so simple and comforting (well halo halo is up there too!)

Vending at a food fair in March - wish I was there!

Have a lovely weekend and glad to be back checking blogs!
