White Rabbit Truck

Last week I saw a tweet that the White Rabbit Truck would be in Ventura on Friday night. This is the closest an LA food truck has traveled to SB (since the time Kogi came to SB), that we knew we had to go. Plus, I'm very interested in trying all of the Filipino food trucks and seeing which dishes are closes to my mom's.

We got to the truck half an hour before they opened, and there was a huge line already formed. The wait wasn't too long though, under an hour, and the service was good.

I really like their character and bubble logo :)

Guys hard at work! They fried up meat and wrapped up burritos so quickly.

The menu. I love all of the options and how you can mix and match food. Stuff went quickly.

We ordered the following:

Carne fries topped with cheese and beef steak. Pure deliciousness. Can I have these everyday? Thanks!!

Beefsteak, sisig, and tocino tacos. This was a fun fusion because I'm use to eating each of the meat choices with rice on the side. To have them in taco form was fun.

Adobo burrito! This was my favorite item, by far. A tortilla stuffed with chicken adobo, garlic rice, pinto beans, and fried egg (I did not expect the fried egg)... nothing gets much better. I told my mom about this and am totally gonna make an adobo burrito next time I visit my family :)

Overall, it was a good and yummy experience. A little bit oily, but perfect for a Friday night :)

Check them out on twitter!

We have a truck called Kalbiq that parks itself right outside my apartment complex. It's torture!

Adobo burrito sounds way cool, and I love the bubble logo too!
