The annual Avocado Festival was held in Carpinteria this past weekend and we were so happy to attend.
The day was humid, the streets were crowded, but the food was worth it. We ate nachos, corn, fries, and icecream. Above are delicious chili cheese fries and slices of avocado :)
Avocado ice cream! It was nice tasting avocado in a sweet dish since we almost always eat it savory. The flavor was really mild and a very nice treat :)The rest of my weekend was spent putting necklaces together and taking photos of the pieces. I'm hoping to update the honeymyheart etsy shop tonight.

Oh I love avocados! I would so love that festival. Poor J is allergic to them though. She used to love them but then she developed an allergy to them.
And yay on the new additions! Did u get that email I sent u last week?
