A late night treat for our wedding guests would be such a luxurious splurge. After a night of dancing and drinking, stomachs will be rumbling for some fast and fun food. Caterers can provide some midnight snacks, but how about something familiarly fabulous as guests head home?
The In-N-Out burger trailer has been a nice late night wedding treat. How can you say no to fresh burgers and yummy fries?
Yet you can't talk late night without mentioning the Kogi BBQ Taco Truck. This truck drives in and around the greater Los Angeles area, announcing their locations live on their Twitter account.
With a huge following and mouth-watering menu, this would surely be a "kogi-licious" treat. Private event catering is available so they could make the late night journey up the coast from LA to SB.
As if food trucks/trailers couldn't get any better...
Today's LA Times announced that a Sprinkles Cupcakes van will soon make it's way around LA. Delicate cupcake desserts that travel to you? This may be the best idea yet!
I love Sprinkles!
After some number crunching, and while the idea of providing a late night truck outside of our venue is great, we realized that it's definitely outside our budget. Guess we'll just have to visit their LA locations ;)
Will you have any food or snacks at the end of the night?

Wow that is SUCH a cool idea! As a guest, I would love that! I always end up dancing too much & miss the cake...and then at the end of the night if the favors are edible, I end up munching on those!
We are having the candy buffet come out around 10:00 to give the guests a treat!
Definitely cool! My friend had her wedding in Santa Monica and there were In n' Out burgers at the end. Freaking awesome!
I might do pizza at the end of the night.
That sounds like such a nice treat. Rather than having your guests make the late night run for food, you're bringing it to them. Too bad we're in such a rural area or I might look into this.
that is sooooo awesome!
