Weekender: San Diego and ThreadShow

We spent the weekend in San Diego and it was full of love. This was the first time both hubs and I have visited SD since we were both kids, and it was a delight to explore it! My cousin took us around, fed us yummy treats, and housed us. She's the best! We visited some awesome neighborhoods, met cool people, and can't wait to return!

Beautifully sunny at the beach by Hotel Del Coronado. I love gorgeous beach days like this in October.

Glimpse of some of the awesome architecture in Balboa Park. All of the buildings were wondrous to see.

We escaped the heat inside the Botanical Building.

Inside the Marcy Sculpture Garden.

Succulents at Pigment. I wanted to take one of each home and make my own garden.

My view early Sunday morning! It really is gorgeous in SD.

Table set up at Thread Show SD. It was a fun show and we saw so many fashionable locals. Some of their outfits were so fierce! Loved meeting new people and seeing some of our fave friendly vendors Royalistique and MNKR. We hope to make it back to SD soon!

Hooray for friends stopping by.

And hooray for family.

Hope you all had a good weekend and have a wonderful week!

Looks like it was such a fun trip! I lived in La Jolla for a year (near SD) but rarely ventured out- I loved it when I did though!
