Anybody hungry?

The hubs and I have been eating out a bunch lately. Being too lazy to cook or buy groceries, we thought getting take-out was the perfect remedy and it keeps our kitchen clean ;) Here are a few of our favorite meals from the past few weeks.

Italian sausage, roasted peppers, stewed tomatoes on a baguette.

Crab enchiladas, mango salsa, black beans, and rice from Los Arroyos in downtown SB. A college friend spotted Jack Johnson there recently, we had no such luck.

Called the Mother Clucker, this giganto portion consisted of grilled bbq chicken, cheese, bacon, onion rings, tomato, and lettuce in a bun. Yummy fries on the side. Fatty food from Woody's BBQ.

My favorite omelet at Cajun Kitchen in SB is the Rancher's Omelet. Inside is cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and avocado is placed on top. It comes with a side of hash browns and two blueberry muffins. Every time we eat here, it is the only meal we eat that day :)

And finally, the sashimi plate at Sushi Teri. Nothing says love to my stomach like yellow tail, tuna, and salmon :)

Our tummies sure appreciated all of the food, but our wallets did not, so we are back to the grocery store and making dinner.

Do you eat in or buy take-out/go to restaurants more? Are there any exciting and easy recipes that can get me motivated to cook?

Happy Friday everyone :)

Yummy! My brother took us to Cajun Kitchen awhile back when we were visiting him. I was obsessed with those blueberry muffins! Now I'm craving them :)

Yum! I'd like some of that omelet please!

I love simple grilled meats or a marinade of miso, oil, and onion for chicken. Otherwise, we are trying to be healthy and eat a bit of tofu in various stir friend forms!
