Brides.com has a fun and useful application called Color Studio that has been taking up all of my time. It's a color generator that produces beautifully brilliant color combinations that can inspire wedding details. You can spin the color wheel for a random pairing, or choose from a color family. You can also refine your search through selecting similar hues, contrasting colors, or neutral undertones. The colors are named and there is even a description that goes with the combination. There is a rainbow full of possibilities!
On my first spin I got a variation of yellow and purple. LA Lakers colors. Fitting since today is the start of the Lakers pre-season. I am really liking how the two colors go together, it's pretty unexpectedly unique for wedding colors. And what better way to pay homage to our favorite basketball team?
I also love the pink and green with a yellow accent above. And the gray and pink with a blue accent below. Both are also possible wedding colors.
