Are you gonna be my girl: Proposing to my Maid of Honor

I love my sister. She's a "unique blend of holy ambition, guitar and hard work with a pinch of insanity, a dash of corny jokes mixed with sillyness and don't forget a drop of science." An old soul, but 7 years my junior, she's got the perfect mix of personality and charm to be my maid of honor.

While I created the same style of "will you be..." proposal for her, there were also some fun additions.

Card, ring pop, and mini take out box in which I asked her to be my moh.

And a goody box of sweet snacks and instant meals from Trader Joe's. She is finishing up her first year of college and care packages have helped get her through the monotony of dorm food. So for Feliz, a care package and proposal :) Something special.

My little sister is taller and tanner :)

How did you choose your maid of honor? Did you propose to all of your maids the same or give your maid of honor an additional ?

What great and thoughtful gifts for your sister!

I had my MOH at my house for the weekend...I made her a puzzle where there were wedding questions and she had to fill in the blank (ie JLo Movie "The Wedding _____" etc) At the end (somehow lol) she put every 3rd word down and it wrote out "will you be my maid of honor" She immediately started crying...Waiting for her I had a teal (her fave color) tote back (similar to my pink one) that had rhine stones and said "maid of honor" with her name in rhinestones on the back...I did a similar thing for a tank top for her. She's used the back every time we go off and do wedding related things together haha I know it's not too practical after September 5, but she's gotten a lot of use out of it from April 2008 til now!

You're such a good big sister. How very thoughtful {and practical!} of you to make her a care package to ask her to be your MOH. =)
