Unique NYC in November

So, so happy to announce that honey my heart is heading east this Fall! We will be participating in the inaugural Unique NYC on the weekend of November 17-18. The show will be held at Center 548 in Chelsea's Arts District and will feature some of the East Coast's coolest designers (along with a handful of LA people), amazing drinks and food, DIYs, photobooths, and goodness. My heart is bursting with excitement!!

3 Hearts = I Love You

 

So happy to announce that we are adding another necklace to the My Heart & Yours Collection, the 3 Hearts. At a recent bridal show a fellow vendor mentioned how she would like a necklace with 3 hearts for a friend, and luckily I had been playing with the idea for a while and had some ready to present to her. The hearts flow independently yet are connected. And I love that the 3 Hearts represent the words, "I love you".

It is also my 3 year wedding anniversary today, so how fun that this necklace premieres today?

My Heart & Gems Earrings

At the last Gem Faire, I picked up a handful of new gemstones for Fall. They were smaller than my normal gemstone pendants but perfect for an idea I was playing with regarding earring styles and hearts. A little time in the studio, lots of time forming hearts, and I present you with My Heart & Gems Earrings.

The hearts are gold fill and mini in size. They needed something to anchor them and the gems were perfect for the job. Not only do they grab attention, they also add a pop of color and depth to the look.

A Little Flower

A little flower to brighten the day.

The past few weeks have been full of things that are bringing change and excitement. It's been busy yet calming. And with the coming of the Fall season, we welcome it!

Recent Little Bites

The last few weeks have given me the opportunity to enjoy some awesome bite size goodies. And while I love a large bowl of spaghetti or burger and fries, I find these little bites to be just as satisfying.

A personal pumpkin pizza! It was such a hot Saturday, but this taste of Fall had me ready for the season.

NY Snow is a mix of shaved ice and ice cream. This one was topped with peaches. I'm in love with shaved ice.

Egg Slut LA makes the best eggs (besides my mom). Their scrambled eggs topped with chives were so fluffy and filling.

Mama Musubi salmon hand roll. The mango inside was such a perfect cool, sweet flavor for a hot day.

Pork belly inside a musubi. Dying for it.

And the perfect way to cool off: a tiny cup of gelato.

Fizz & Frills This Sunday

Hi Friends! I am so excited to be part of fizz & frills this Sunday. This past week has been busy with prep for the show as well as putting together the honey my heart Fall collection, which will include plenty of new gemstones. I am looking forward sipping on fizzy drinks, being inspired by the design of the show, meeting brides, and premiering the collection to lovely brides-to-be.

Because as we grow and change and experience life, we must share those lessons and pass on the love. We are all in this together. President Clinton said it many times tonight. I believe it. I am inspired by it.

The honey my heart Little Brass Pieces are a popular collection at the shows. Shoppers love the tiny pieces, mixed metal aspect, and stacking characteristic. Bunnies are the most popular, but the hearts and triangles hold their own. The interest in these pieces made me want to expand the LBP collection and offer more tiny shapes! Enter stars and diamonds.
