We are in the midst of Valentine's Day prep and our house is full of hearts! Cards are being prepped, photo shoots planned, and jewelry packaged, all while Hannah looks on. I am so thankful to be able to spend so much time with Hannah and have her observe the business. She is so active and interested in everything, especially paper products, bright colors, and delicate jewelry. Here are a few glimpses of an average home/work day.

I really enjoy getting into the Valentine's Day spirit, and am so happy I get to share it with Hannah.
DVF: Journey of a Dress is currently on exhibit at LACMA. We spent the afternoon admiring all the goodness that is DVF and her iconic dress. Welcomed by docents dressed in DVF, the entrance hallway holds photos of the designer and iconic women in her dress through the years. There are portraits of Diane, my favorite ones were the Warhols, showing what a true beauty she is. And the best/most stunning was the main room that housed her dresses.
Dozens of mannequins were dressed in her iconic dress. Arranged by print, with lighting so focused on the dresses, it was a site.

One of my favorite details were DVF prints that went from wall paper to floor covers. So vibrant in color and pattern, they made for great photo opportunities!
The exhibit runs through April. We can't wait to return for another visit!
I can not believe it is 2014 already! The last 2 weeks in December
where a complete whirlwind of fun, family, Christmas spirit, shows, and
the flu. It was a complete blur yet wonderfully festive. We enjoyed
celebrating Hannah's first Christmas and New Year. And are completely
excited for what this year will bring.

Hi blog friends! It has been so long since my last post that a nice
update is in order. Besides being busy with baby Hannah and spending
lots of time with family, I am prepping for 2 shows, working on new
honey my heart branding/marketing, and planning to travel to see more
family. It's been a whirlwind and I like it.
The bunny rings are back! I've been back in the studio building up my jewelry inventory. It feels great to work on my silversmith skills again. The last 2 weekends brought a total of 176 ring!! They range from size 4-8 and hold new, as well as classic, Little Brass Pieces. I cannot wait to premiere the new brass at the shows.
There are also other styles coming, including a new honey my heart take on friendship bracelets! Hannah makes a good model when she's napping. (I took the bracelet right off once this photo was snapped)
Speaking of Hannah, she's been growing. She is 10 weeks today and is such a bundles of love. Our days are filled with smiles, coos, drool, funny faces, joy, farts, and amazingness. It is such a whole new life, and I am thankful for it.

Hi Friends!! It's been so long since my last post, and with good
reason. Our little baby arrived a little over a week early, and we have
been loving her and life since. And now I would like to introduce you all to
our little love, Hannah.
She was born April 23rd and
stole our hearts. Her expressions, cries, scent, little fingers and
toes, big dark eyes... I'm completely obsessed.
